Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most of our handmade to order pieces will be ready to ship in about 3-4 weeks after an order has been placed.

​

All international orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand via DHL Express. International shipping normally takes 2-7 days to arrive after the package has been shipped. Please note that as a recipient you are responsible for custom duties that are applied upon arrivals. Sasi Knits is not responsible for international costs or custom duties.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final and are not returnable. 

​

Exchanges are only accepted for size adjustment, and must be done so within 14 days after the package has shipped. Please email mysasiknits@gmail.com regarding your order. 

​

All exchanges must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer.
